💰The cool stuff:
  • $50,000 base. $100,000-140,000 OTE.

📑 What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a full-time Account Executive who will be focused on maintaining and closing a sales pipeline. You will be reaching out to restaurants that would benefit from using Cuboh, as well as quickly responding to inbound leads who are interested in our product. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
  • Reporting to Javas Sekhon, Cuboh’s VP of Sales, you’ll help to prospect potential fits, make a high volume of calls, send emails, and book qualified demos
  • Field opportunities promptly (we target under 5-minute response times), answer lead questions and book next steps
  • Keep your pipeline and email inbox tidy
  • Bring 2-5 years of AE experience

What your first year at Cuboh might look like:
Within your 1st month, you'll...
  • Get acquainted with the team, processes and tools
  • Dive into our product and KPIs: daily calls, booking demos, quotas, etc...
  • Start making calls and sending emails
Within your 3th month, you’ll…
  • Be meeting quota
  • Consistently hit your activity metrics
  • Prospect accounts through our restaurant target list
Within your 1st year, you’ll…
  • Be exceeding your quota
  • Help us train new AEs
  • Work closely with a new SDR team to level up your metrics

  2. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a quick screening interview with People Ops. We take notes and send them to our hiring manager for review.
  3. We hold a second round of technical interviews for candidates in which they get to meet some of the Cuboh team.
  4. A third and final interview is held with a member of our leadership team and cross-functional team members. 
  5. Successful candidates will get a call back once we complete our reference checks!
